Brook obtained the required building permit, installed a 95% efficient gas furnace complete with venting, condensate pump and drain, gas piping from existing line and revamped duct supply so basement area is separate from the upstairs living area, installed a new duct to master bath and installed a digital thermostat with wiring. Brook also serviced the original furnace.
